The client
The Detail Guy is a Southwest Florida mobile-detailing business serving auto, marine, RV, and aircraft customers.
The operational gap
For a service business, the customer experience can slip when a lead, quote, booking, and completed job each live in a different moment of the day. The Detail Guy needed a reliable process that made the next customer communication part of the workflow—not a task to remember later.
What NoCode-AI built
We configured the existing job pipeline so customer communication follows the stage of the work. Each workflow is tied to the Detail Guy’s job pipeline and is published as a single path for its stage.
- New Lead: an immediate acknowledgement for incoming leads.
- Quote Sent: a customer email tied to the quote stage.
- Booked: a confirmation email tied to the booked stage.
- Complete – Paid: a post-service follow-up campaign, including a genuine invitation to leave a Google review.
Built for the way the team works
The Detail Guy works its pipeline directly, so the automation is stage-based instead of dependent on calendar activity. That gives the team one operational source of truth: update the job stage when the work changes, and the corresponding customer communication is ready to run.
The completed-job campaign also creates a consistent, non-incentivized review path. Customers receive an invitation only after a real completed and paid service—not a fabricated review request or a separate blast.
Scope and proof standard
This case study documents systems implemented for The Detail Guy. It does not make a revenue, booking-rate, response-time, review-volume, or advertising-performance claim. Any future outcome claim will be published only with a dated source and the client’s approval.
