Founded and operated by Felicia Hernandez-Fortunato, RN, Gulfside coordinates credentialed independent professionals for specialty pharmacies, infusion suites, orthopedic practices, and other healthcare organizations that need reliable coverage.
The problem, in her words
"The most frustrating part before this system was how scattered everything was. I was recruiting nurses, verifying licenses, running background screenings, and chasing paperwork across email, spreadsheets, and my own memory — and good candidates would go cold because I couldn't follow up fast enough. I never had a clear picture of where anyone stood."
Add the compliance layer: Florida nurse registry advertising rules put everyday marketing language off-limits, and Gulfside's customers are pharmacy directors and clinical operations leads — a B2B sales motion, not a consumer funnel. A generic vendor build would have broken the rules or missed the audience. Usually both.
What we built
Track 1 — Website + partner acquisition system. A 29-page public site written entirely in registry-compliant language, with medical schema for search, a six-stage B2B pipeline, and automated outreach and follow-up workflows — every send gated behind Felicia's explicit approval. The AI chat widget books partner calls directly onto her calendar, around the clock.
Track 2 — A custom operations portal. Credential tracking with hard expiry enforcement, contractor onboarding, GPS-verified clock-in with a defensible audit trail, visit notes, timesheets, and year-end 1099 rollup — one interface for the whole registry.
