These Terms of Service govern your use of the NoCode-AI platform at nocode-ai.co. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
NoCode-AI provides AI-powered automation services for local businesses, including AI chat bots, lead capture, follow-up automation, and related tools. Services are offered on monthly subscription plans (Foundation, Growth, Full Service).
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are provided for partial months.
You agree not to use our services to send spam, violate any applicable laws, infringe on the rights of others, or interfere with our platform.
NoCode-AI operates an SMS text messaging program for customer care and transactional communication. By providing your mobile number on a NoCode-AI form, booking page, or onboarding flow and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from NoCode-AI. Messaging use cases include: discovery-call booking confirmations, appointment reminders for scheduled calls, onboarding status updates, service notifications, account-related alerts, and replies to inbound customer inquiries. Message frequency varies based on your engagement with us and is typically fewer than 10 messages per month.
You may opt out of SMS messages from NoCode-AI at any time. To unsubscribe, text STOP to any SMS message we send you. After you text STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and will not send you additional SMS messages unless you opt back in (reply START to resume). You may also email feelo111295@gmail.com or call 239-323-1887 to request removal from our SMS program.
Msg & data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier will apply to all SMS messages you send to or receive from NoCode-AI. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your specific messaging and data plan. NoCode-AI does not charge a fee for SMS messages, but carrier charges may apply.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. NoCode-AI relies on wireless carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most major US carriers) to deliver SMS messages, and message delivery is subject to the effective transmission by the applicable carrier network. Neither NoCode-AI nor our SMS service providers or underlying carriers are responsible for messages that are delayed, delivered late, not delivered, or lost due to carrier issues, recipient device settings, or network conditions.

Your use of our SMS program and all other services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, including a clear statement that we do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. NoCode-AI services and our SMS messaging program are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to SMS, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information or send SMS messages to individuals under the age of 18. If we learn we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete that information and terminate any active SMS subscriptions associated with that number.
NoCode-AI provides SMS messaging infrastructure that you (the business client) may use to message your own customers. You are the message sender for those communications and are solely responsible for: (a) obtaining prior express written consent from each recipient in a manner that complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and all applicable state and federal laws; (b) honoring opt-out requests promptly; (c) maintaining records of consent; and (d) the content of any messages sent. You agree to indemnify NoCode-AI for any claims arising from SMS messages you send through the platform.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoCode-AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
