Refund Policy

We keep this plain and fair on purpose. This policy covers the digital products sold at nocode-ai.co: the $99 "Claude Code in a Weekend" Kit and "The NoCode Operator" course ($1,997). You agree to it at checkout, and it applies to every purchase, alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. The $99 Weekend Kit — 7 days, no questions

You have 7 days from your purchase to request a full refund, for any reason or no reason at all. Email felix@nocode-ai.co within 7 days and we refund 100% of the $99, finished or not. There is nothing to return — it is a digital product. One note: your $99 credits toward whatever you buy next (see section 4), so if you take the cash refund on the Kit, that credit goes back with it.

2. The NoCode Operator ($1,997) — you're covered two ways

First 14 days: wrong-fit window

For the first 14 days after purchase, if you decide it isn't for you — wrong fit, you can't run it on your setup, or you simply changed your mind — email us and we refund you in full. No questions, no proof, no hoops.

Day 15 through day 30: the Build Guarantee

This is a do-the-work program, and our promise is that the work pays off. If you've gone through the core modules and built (or genuinely attempted) your first AI employee and it still hasn't delivered, email us with what you did: your progress, your configs or screenshots, and the build you attempted. We get on a call and build it with you. If we still can't get you a working result, we refund you in full.

We ask you to show the work in this window because the guarantee is about the program delivering, not about the course being skimmed and returned. Do the core modules and the build, and you qualify — no exceptions. After day 30, sales are final.

3. Rather not do it yourself? We'll do it for you.

Any time you're thinking about opting out, you have an easy alternative before you ask for your money back: let our team build it for you. If you're just not feeling up to doing it yourself, that's completely fine — we'll set up your AI front desk and back-office workflows and hand you the finished result. Whatever you've already paid credits toward that build, so you're never paying twice. And if you'd still rather have the refund, the windows above always apply. The offer is yours to take or leave.

4. Your credit carries forward

Whatever you pay us credits toward whatever you go with next — the full course, a done-for-you build, or an ongoing plan. The only exception is a cash refund: if you take your money back on a purchase, that purchase's credit goes back with it. You keep one or the other, not both.

5. How to request a refund

Email felix@nocode-ai.co from the address you purchased with, and include the email or receipt from your purchase. In the no-questions windows you don't need to give a reason. We'd love the chance to get it working for you first — or to just build it for you — but inside those windows the refund is yours either way.

6. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds go to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Your Claude / Anthropic subscription

The course runs on Anthropic's Claude, a separate service (typically about $20/month) that you pay directly to Anthropic. Because it is a third-party subscription, NoCode-AI cannot refund it. You can manage or cancel it anytime directly with Anthropic.
